Hello there, I have a bachelor apartment, available Mid April/ May 1st 2019. It is a 5 minute walk from STU and 20 min walk to UNB
It's got a full gym downstairs with an entertaining room for birthday parties and/or visits, lots of laundry machines and dryers, a roof top patio during the nicer weather, lots of parking and a private patio off the apartment. Its located with quick access to the HWY and has a bus stop right out front. The apartment has large windows to let in the natural light, and there is no carpets. It has a huge closet AND a dishwasher!
Only reason we are leaving is because my husband is being posted to Kingston, ON in April 2019.
It is all inclusive (water, hot water & electricity) and each apartment has it's own hot water tank. It is cat friendly ($25), but no dogs. And smoke free.
The fridge and stove come with the apartment.
There is additional storage lockers available as well.
